Today, most people have heard about green tea, learning about the many benefits offered. However, the way in which the tea is processed could change the base structure of the properties. The properties of green tea also include catechine, an active ingredient that performs up to ten times better than beta carotene and vitamin C in cleaning out alkyl peroxyl radicals. Another of the green tea properties known as polyphenols has been proven more powerful than antioxidants found in rosemary, curcumin, and vitamins C and E. Broken down, this means oxidants within the body are found and cleaned before cell damage occurs. Other benefits to this green tea property are the reduction and elimination of cancer cells.

In addition, properties of green tea help grow strong nails and hair, as well as prevent tooth decay by killing off bacteria that causes plaque. Green Tea Latte Recipe

For some people, the morning starts with a hot cup of coffee while other people prefer cappuccino and others latte. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon green tea powder (Matcha)
6 ounces warm milk

1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup soy or regular 2% milk

Place the green tea powder in a bowl. Add the warm water and sugar or honey. Blend well until the mixture is thoroughly dissolved. Transfer the green tea mixture into a serving glass and then add the ice cubes. To this, add the milk.

Green Tea Latte Recipe – Four

4 cups cold water
2 Chai tea bags
3 green tea bags
1 cup milk, chilled
4 tablespoons brown sugar or honey

Boil water and then add both Chai and green tea bags. Seep the tea for three to five minutes, removing the bags and discarding. In ad blender, blend the milk so it is frothy. Pour the tea into individual serving cups and then to each, add 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar of honey. To the tea mixture, add frothy milk. Is Tea Better than Coffee?

When most people awaken, the first thing they grab is a cup of coffee or a cup of tea. You will also find a number of ice tea drinkers, as well as those who love ice coffee beverages, which have become quite popular. Of course, green tea is a favorite, which also helps fight cancer, lowers high blood pressure, reduces bad cholesterol, and kills oral bacteria that causes plaque leading to tooth decay.

How do you Make Chinese Green Tea?

Okay, you want a cup of tea so you boil water, dip the tea bag in a couple of times, and call it done, right? WRONG! Many people are tired of poor tasting tea, which leads them to ask, “How do you make Chinese green tea”? As you will discover in this article, there is actually an art to making exceptional tea. While not rocket science, a few proper steps will make a huge difference in not only the flavor of the tea but also the level of nutrients being retained or destroyed.

Okay, so how do you make Chinese green tea? For starters, good tea is all about the right combination of water’s solvent properties, which is then heated to the right temperature so the chemical compounds from the tealeaves are extracted. Although warm tap water would do in a pinch, you would notice a significant difference in taste between the two options.
