Well, latte is traditionally an espresso drink so I think you can really say there's no such thing as a green tea latte! The recipe is a substitute for those who want a coffee alternative.

Just want to clarify to people.. DON'T BOIL THE GREEN TEA... Green tea adapts a bile like aftertaste if it is overheated. If you want the best tasting green tea you should heat the water till it reached 112 F, or when steam starts to rise.

Hi there....I'm really keen on the Tchai Spiced Green Tea but I've yet to try Matcha. Your Green Tea Latte Recipes look great but I heard that milk negates the antioxidising properties by binding to the polyphenols. Is that true, do you know? (If it tastes good, however, 'what the heck!')
