    Hi, I have found your site very interesting as I drink green tea for it’s antioxidant effects and I am always looking for more info about this special tea. i would like to know how much green tea does the body need daily for it to have full health benefits. I drink green tea to prevent future health problems like cancer. i usually drink about 4 cups of 200ml each (each tea bag has 1.75g) of green tea, in winter. in summer i switch to green tea tablets (camelia Sinensis) 100mg . on the bottle it says to take 1 or 2 tablets, so I don’t know how much i should actually take for the full benefits. and do you think i should keep on taking the tablets cause I think they are stronger than the actual tea bags? thanks for any suggestions
