    Thank you for this article. I’ll try this and see if my mom will do it with me. However we are on medications for mental and physical illnesses. Some of them cause weight gain. My mom also has hypothyroidism. So will it still work for us? If so how much and when should we drink it? Could we add honey? Please let me know!
